About the job
- A Finance degree is required.
- Two to five years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience posting accounting entries in SAP HANA, including banking entries, journal vouchers, and accruals.
- Experience booking invoices and purchase orders in SAP, including MIRO and Custom MIRO.
- Knowledge of banking processes and bank reconciliation.
- Experience preparing reports for IndAS reporting, including receivable and payable aging, inventory, sales, and expense reports.
- Experience preparing tax calculations and filing returns for TDS, GST, PF, and PT.
- Hands-on experience using SAP HANA for daily activities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using G Suite.
- Experience preparing Management Information Reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Post accounting and banking entries in SAP HANA.
- Verify purchase orders and import purchase orders in SAP HANA.
- Submit banking documents for inward and outward remittances.
- Book and adjust invoices in SAP HANA.
- Complete month-end closing activities.
- Handle goods receipt note, MIRO, and other procure-to-pay activities in SAP HANA.
- Coordinate with inter-departmental teams.
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of FEMA and RBI compliance.
- Knowledge of automation and Power BI tools.
