At least 5 years of experience in underground utility installation, including storm, sewer, or water systems.
Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and pipe cut sheets.
Strong understanding of pipe laser setup, trench safety, and utility installation methods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.

Maintain accurate daily reports, time sheets, and equipment logs.
Enforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetings.

Position Summary:
The Pipe Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the underground utility crew to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
