AIB has raised €750 million through its tenth green bond issuance. The Irish bank said proceeds will finance projects including renewable energy, green buildings, clean transportation, and waste management whilst strengthening its capital position. Despite global volatility, investor demand reached €2.2 billion, with pricing tightening by 25-30 basis points to a final coupon of 4.125%. Since launching its €30 billion Climate Action Target in 2019, AIB has deployed €26 billion in green and transition lending. Climate and infrastructure capital delivered €1.2 billion in new lending during the first half of 2026, up €600 million. AIB became Ireland's first bank to issue a green bond in 2020 and has since raised €7.2 billion from green bonds, or €8.95 billion including social bonds.
Varmora Granito raised ₹212.4 crore from anchor investors ahead of its ₹708 crore IPO, which opens for public subscription on 22 September. The tiles and bathware maker allotted 1.43 crore equity shares to 17 funds at ₹148 per share, the top end of the price band. Anchor investors included Goldman Sachs, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, and BNP Paribas Financial Markets. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an offer for sale of ₹388 crore by investor Katsura Investments. The Rajkot-based company will use proceeds to repay borrowings and clear subsidiary dues. Shares are set to list on BSE and NSE on 29 September.
Lord's Mark Industries Limited, a diversified company operating in healthcare, diagnostics, renewable energy and LED solutions, has attracted investment from Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I and AT Trade Overseas following open-market transactions. Promoter Dr Sachidanand Hariram Upadhyay sold approximately 1 crore shares through open-market transactions to comply with SEBI's Minimum Public Shareholding requirements. The transactions saw participation from Goldman Sachs and the Hisaria Group-owned AT Trade Overseas. Despite the sale, the promoter group retains a substantial holding in the company. The participation of institutional investors adds visibility to Lord's Mark Industries' shareholder base as it continues to scale operations across its business verticals.

Sydney-born, New York-based energy trading firm Xpansiv has completed a capital raising in Europe. The company, which is eyeing an initial public offering, already counts Blackstone, Macquarie, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Goldman Sachs, Aware Super and Aramco Ventures among its backers.
