Requirements
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, or architecture.
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch; English is an advantage but is not required.
  • Commercial, communication, and social skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.

  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Problem-analysis skills.
Responsibilities
  • Support the project team with planning, work methods, equipment selection, and logistics.
  • Contribute to evaluating offers and forming contracts with subcontractors.
  • Check, assess, and adapt working drawings from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Help prepare project schedules and monitor execution of the partial schedules.
  • Track the progress of construction works and the associated cost statement.
  • Maintain project administration.
  • Act as the link between external contacts and the execution team on the construction site.
  • During the preparation phase, be based at one of the company's offices in Antwerp; during execution, follow up on work preparation from the construction site and join the daily operational team.
Desired Qualifications
