Youth Soccer Coach
About the job
- Must be able and willing to travel throughout Rockland County to class locations.
- Availability must include weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, and/or early evenings.
- Must be fun, energetic, patient, attentive, and punctual.
- Teach energetic and motivating classes, connect with and challenge each child, help children accomplish motor-development and skill goals, and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured manner.
- Provide individual and group attention to children.
- Arrive on time to class, physically and mentally prepared, including allowing time for the commute.
- Assist with distribution and upkeep of required equipment.
- Assist the hiring manager with sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Manage the ordering, printing, and distribution of flyers, posters, and signage.
- Record classes for coach-development video feedback.
- Prior experience working with children, such as as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader.
- Soccer playing background.
