Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • CDAO AI BOA on-ramp in April 2025 expands access to DoD buyers.
  • Ashburn relocation in June 2024 supports hiring, recruiting, and client-facing growth.
  • Updated 2026 website markets AI, data, DevSecOps, and modernization to broader DoD demand.

What critics are saying

  • DoD concentration makes one lost vehicle, like CDAO BOA, immediately painful.
  • Small-business set-aside competition from dozens of AI boutiques compresses margins by 2027.
  • No evidence of diversified commercial revenue; a federal shutdown would freeze task-order starts.

What makes INflow Federal unique

  • CDAO AI Talent 2.0 awardee, accelerating DoD AI/ML task orders through 2028.
  • 30–60 day contract-to-execution timelines differentiate INflow Federal from slower federal integrators.
  • AWS Marketplace CPPO partner status lets agencies buy through existing cloud commitments.
