About the job
- Proficiency using a smartphone to clock in and out via a mobile app and take before-and-after photos.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout overnight shifts.
- English proficiency sufficient to follow instructions and complete checklists.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A reliable personal vehicle to drive between Ballston and Court House locations; mileage is not reimbursed.
- Availability to work overnight shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with start times around 11:00 PM and 12:15 AM.
- Deep clean fitness studio spaces overnight, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas.
- Take before-and-after photos at each location to document cleaning results.
- Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality.
- Clock in and out via a mobile app at each studio stop.
- For the Lead role, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place restocking orders.
- For the Lead role, oversee cleaner attendance and coordinate same-night replacement coverage as needed.
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience.
- Prior lead or supervisory experience managing attendance, coordinating coverage, or handling supplies and logistics.
- Experience following detailed cleaning checklists or standard operating procedures.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
