Responsibilities
  • Support process design, operation, and implementation.
  • Perform advanced or specialized engineering duties focused on troubleshooting, internal and external audits, process improvement, and inspecting products for defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Interface with plant manufacturing, engineering, and internal and external organizations.
  • Ensure product and quality systems integrity and compliance with plant and corporate design manual requirements.
  • Support and promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and health.
  • Improve work processes and procedures to eliminate and prevent defects.
  • Learn and contribute to or support small projects or processes of complex scope with limited management oversight.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational plans for assigned areas of responsibility.

It arrives as Radical prepares to mark its 30th anniversary in 2027. Developed for the SR3 and SR10, the tire delivers gains in dry grip, degradation and performance throughout its life, as well as achieving a 4kg weight reduction per set. Engineered through an extensive development and track-testing program, the R54 replaces the outgoing Ventus C52 and is the latest product to come out of Radical's technical partnership with Hankook. According to the companies, an optimized compound and advanced casing construction have enabled those improvements without compromising the durability and consistency of the outgoing tire.
