  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using market intelligence, customer feedback, campaign results, performance data, and competitive insights to build recommendations and improve outcomes.

  • Own go-to-market iLottery communications in partnership with Corporate Communications, including audience strategy, executive messaging, thought leadership, industry storytelling, announcements, media opportunities, and reputation-building programs.
  • Ensure iLottery product marketing, customer communications, Government Affairs messaging, executive communications, paid and owned campaigns, events, and sales enablement uphold a consistent market narrative.
  • Serve as the iLottery Corporate Affairs and Marketing subject matter expert and primary cross-functional coordinator by engaging relevant functional leaders and specialists, providing context and materials, and maintaining alignment throughout delivery.
  • Partner with Government Affairs on market education and engagement, policy and legislative context, state- or jurisdiction-specific considerations, and communications supporting priority market opportunities.
  • Translate iLottery capabilities and customer outcomes into clear narratives for lottery operators, government collaborators, regulators, policymakers, industry associations, commercial partners, executives, and internal teams.
  • Own go-to-market planning for priority iLottery launches and initiatives from early planning through launch readiness, activation, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and regional teams to understand roadmaps, procurement cycles, customer priorities, RFP considerations, competitive activity, and market opportunities, then convert those inputs into targeted recommendations and deliverables.
  • Support RFP and business development efforts with targeted messaging, value propositions, proof points, presentations, executive briefings, and market-facing materials that reinforce proposals and commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain sales and partner enablement resources, including product briefs, pitch materials, launch toolkits, messaging frameworks, customer-facing content, briefing books, talking points, FAQs, and reusable content structures.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing, Digital/MarTech, Paid Media, and Analytics teams on integrated B2B programs that build awareness, consideration, and preference before formal procurement cycles and support measurable engagement.
  • Guide iLottery content and messaging across conferences, customer forums, executive engagements, trade publications, digital experiences, newsletters, social channels, and supporting assets in partnership with responsible functional teams.
  • Establish clear briefs, priorities, governance, timelines, dependencies, owners, and approval paths so cross-functional teams can deliver accurate, on-brand, compliant, and customer-ready work efficiently.
