Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in Netsuite or similar ERP system
  • 1+ years experience in SQL database query
  • 1+ years experience in Salesforce desirable
  • Familiarity with integration and/or middleware applications, such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, Workato
  • Working experience in API and EDI integrations
  • Strong understanding of first, middle, final mile, and reverse logistics processes and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to create system and process designs using Lucid or similar tools
  • Intermediate skills in general office systems, equipment, and applications to support business needs (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Project Management systems JIRA, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure completeness of transactions in various systems across the supply chain technology stack
  • Collaborate daily with business stakeholders in global supply chain operations
  • Create and execute a roadmap for ongoing application and integration improvements
  • Become the subject matter expert in order and inventory transactions flows
  • Provide business analysis and testing support for system changes
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation and integration to optimize efficiency
  • Triage, guide, and assist business stakeholders to resolutions for production issues
  • Communicate enhancements and changes to stakeholders
