- Demonstrate Workday configuration skills and project and industry experience so they can manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance.
- 3+ Years of Workday HCM/Benefits and/or 3.5-5 of consulting Industry Experience
- Experience implementing or working with Workday.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Direct the activities of consultants associated with their payroll project under an architect's guidance.
- Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees, both within the Benefits & HCM area at large.
- Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked.
- Contribute to the internal goals of the HCM team.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
