Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on technology or software development projects.
- Experience working with development, quality assurance, user experience/user interface, and business stakeholder teams.
- Knowledge of technology project management and requirements gathering.
- Experience coordinating end-to-end projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced conversational and written English.
- Knowledge of software project management.
- Ability to document functional and technical requirements.
- Ability to track project key performance indicators and metrics.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- General knowledge of systems and software development processes.
- Academic background in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work with teams in Latin America and the United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate communication among clients, users, and technical teams.
- Define work plans and priorities, and track activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage risks and blockers, and resolve conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor project status and report progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper validation and release of software products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and digital products.
- Coordinate training and functional support for users as needed.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient solutions aligned with the business.
