About the job

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B software as a service across some mix of product management, product marketing, technology or product partnerships, or ecosystem or business development, with clear product gravity rather than a pure sales or quota-carrying background.
  • A track record of defining joint value and turning it into shipped integrations and compelling narratives, including a specific better-together story built end to end.
  • Strong negotiation and agreement-structuring skills, with experience landing durable partnership and commercial terms.
  • Excellent cross-functional project management, with the ability to drive internal teams and external partners to deliver on a shared plan.
  • Fluency in go-to-market and positioning, and command of the modern revenue technology and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, sales engagement, account-based marketing and intent, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences, including partner executives, the product team, and the field.
  • Curiosity about B2B go-to-market operations, along with a technology-oriented approach and willingness to learn the domain deeply.
Responsibilities
  • Own the joint-value and integration strategy across existing products by deepening relationships with current partners and bringing new partners into the ecosystem.
  • Build the integration partner ecosystem for LeanData’s artificial-intelligence-native products from the ground up by defining partner categories and integrations, their sequence, and their rationale.
  • Identify overlap between partners’ products and ideal customer profiles and translate it into concrete, differentiated joint use cases.
  • Consider how each partnership appears across the customer journey, including onboarding, day-to-day usage, expansion, and the buying decision.
  • Author the joint-value narrative for each priority partnership.
  • Define outcomes and joint investment commitments with partners and align both sides on success criteria.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to produce solution briefs, joint-use-case content, launch narratives, and enablement inputs.
  • Represent ecosystem needs in product planning by bringing partner and market input into the roadmap and shaping integration scope with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Lead partnership scoping and negotiate integration, co-marketing, and commercial agreements in coordination with legal and leadership.
  • Project-manage internal workstreams end to end, including product development, product marketing assets, and agreement negotiation.
  • Drive external partner action, keep initiatives on track, and serve as the single point of contact across both organizations’ product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes from kickoff through launch.
  • Monitor adoption, success, and product lifecycle changes for partner-integrated experiences to drive continuous outcomes.
  • Monitor industry and partner announcements, roadmap shifts, and mergers and acquisitions, and surface strategic opportunities that drive product adoption or create new customer value.
  • Build business cases for new partnerships, including feasibility, cost, and projected return.
  • Bring go-to-market and positioning fluency to partnerships while partnering with sales and alliances teams that run the commercial motion.
  • Represent the ecosystem in cross-functional and executive forums so partner and customer perspectives shape roadmap decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience standing up a partner or integration ecosystem for a new (0→1) product line.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange dynamics.
  • Prior work bridging product and partnerships specifically, rather than one or the other.
  • Background in revenue operations, marketing automation, agentic go-to-market, or sales engagement tooling.
  • Experience building business cases for strategic partnerships and presenting them to executive stakeholders.
