Cardlytics operates a digital advertising platform that collaborates with financial institutions to manage banking rewards programs aimed at enhancing customer loyalty. By integrating with banks, Cardlytics gains access to secure consumer spending data, which enables them to provide personalized marketing solutions. The company serves two main client types: financial institutions, which benefit from improved customer engagement, and marketers, who gain insights into consumer behavior to better target potential buyers. Cardlytics focuses on using consumer spending data to inform marketing campaigns, helping marketers create effective strategies and measure their success. Revenue is generated through partnerships with banks, who pay for the rewards programs, and marketers, who pay for advertising services based on consumer insights. This dual revenue model supports a consistent income stream from both financial institutions and marketers.
