StudyFetch launches Honen AI tutoring platform to help workers adapt to fast-changing job market

StudyFetch has launched Honen, an AI-powered workforce training platform valued at helping organisations transform expert knowledge into personalised learning experiences. The platform addresses growing concerns about job displacement, following January's loss of over 92,000 jobs as AI reshapes industries. Honen converts existing training materials—including manuals, standards documents and certification requirements—into structured courses featuring reading materials, videos, flashcards and quizzes. Each learner receives an AI tutor that adapts instruction and pacing individually, with voice-based interaction support. The platform creates courses in minutes rather than months and offers rapid updates as standards evolve. It features privacy-first architecture with FERPA-compliant isolated workspaces and provides certificates based on demonstrated comprehension. StudyFetch is expanding partnerships with educational institutions and industry organisations to connect learning with workforce pathways.
