- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize ABB robotic systems.
- Support automation equipment startup, integration, and commissioning.
- Perform robot touch-ups, recoveries, and production support.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process-related automation issues.
- Work closely with controls engineers, machine builders, and project teams.
- Modify robot paths, input/output, and tooling as needed during launch activities.
- Support onsite installation and production ramp-up in South Carolina.
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Automotive automation experience.
- Experience with ABB RobotStudio.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Vision systems experience.
- Conveyor or material handling integration experience.
- Launch or installation support experience.
