- Work directly with Government stakeholders, Functional SMEs, Help Desk personnel, Scrum Masters, System Architects, and DevSecOps leadership to align backlog priorities with operational mission requirements, maintenance workflows, PMEL operations, modernization objectives, cybersecurity requirements, and cloud migration activities.
- Perform backlog refinement, user story prioritization, acceptance criteria development, technical debt prioritization, modernization sequencing coordination, and operational release alignment.
- Balance sustainment demands, emergent deficiencies, modernization initiatives, and operational priorities so Agile teams deliver the highest operational value without destabilizing mission-critical workflows.
- Evaluate modernization candidates and validate operational impacts.
- Prioritize technical debt remediation.
- Coordinate release readiness activities affecting maintenance scheduling, calibration workflows, readiness reporting, and enterprise logistics operations.
- Functional expertise in maintenance, logistics, or PMEL environments is preferred.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is preferred.
- Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred.
