Requirements
  • 12 years of SaaS GTM experience, including 5 years of GTM (Marketing and/or Sales) operations and leadership experience.
  • Analytical mindset with experience creating strategic and operations plans that have success metrics/goals and evolving them based on performance.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-level leaders. Experience managing and influencing in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being able to roll up one's sleeves to drive into day-to-day operations.
  • Experience building and developing strong teams.
  • Ability to be an influential thought partner to leaders across the GTM organization.
  • Experience in the customer data and/or martech space.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Amperity's comprehensive revenue operations strategy to drive coordinated execution across all GTM teams.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define and understand comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with corporate vision and goals.
  • Establish and maintain operational processes, select and implement tools and technologies to support processes.
  • Lead a team of Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Enablement program management.
  • Represent Amperity's performance in cross-company forums and Executive Management Team Meetings.
  • Define and build GTM operational cadence, analyze data for strategic shifts and process improvements.
  • Prioritize issues, manage high-priority initiatives, and provide strategic assessments of business initiatives.
  • Develop recommendations for optimal sales coverage, compensation plans, hiring plans, and sales strategies.
  • Build a work environment promoting teamwork, partnership, recognition, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Technology, Product, Marketing, & HR to ensure alignment with business needs.
