- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience with Docker and containerization services.
- Extensive knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Strong experience with security and compliance tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex web server issues.
- Good understanding of networking, firewall management, and system security.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell.
- Proficiency with a source control management tool.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding or working knowledge of MCP, agentic artificial intelligence, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and Snowflake Cortex AI.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows system administration.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure.
- Automate and improve development and release processes.
- Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
- Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes.
- Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
- Understand customer requirements and project key performance indicators.
- Set up appropriate continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and required infrastructure.
- Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor processes throughout their lifecycle for adherence, and update or create processes to improve them and minimize waste.
- Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessment and risk management.
- Coordinate and communicate within the team and with stakeholders.
- Work on artificial intelligence initiatives.
