- Dispatch drivers for on-time pickup of loads.
- Build loads in Turvo transportation management software.
- Schedule and track customer shipments to ensure superior customer service.
- Develop expert knowledge of Turvo and the Turvo Driver App.
- Communicate with the account manager to ensure superior customer service.
- Resolve carrier issues or concerns.
- Establish close relationships with carriers and continue developing those relationships.
- Assist the account manager with growing the account and meeting weekly brokerage revenue goals.
