Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide inventory control policies and processes.
Ensure inventory accuracy across all facilities through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Manage and monitor inventory workflows using NetSuite and NetSuite WMS to maintain system integrity and real-time visibility.
Partner with warehouse teams at all locations to standardize procedures and ensure best practices.
Provide leadership and oversight for remote inventory teams, and support hiring, training, and accountability.
Analyze trends and key performance indicators, including shrinkage, turnover, and accuracy, to drive operational improvements.
Coordinate and lead annual physical inventories, including travel to company facilities as needed.
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of inventory data and processes.
Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite WMS configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and prepare reports for audits or financial close.
