Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of FactSet’s performance product suite, from discovery and strategy to execution and launch.
  • Gain a deep understanding of end-market dynamics, client workflows, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Validate market opportunities through data and client feedback to ensure solutions are valuable, viable, and user-friendly.
  • Use insights to define success metrics, tracking product engagement, adoption, and financial performance to measure and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Principal Product Manager to create and communicate a clear product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with FactSet’s broader business goals.
  • Act as a product evangelist, ensuring the strategy is understood and embraced across the organization.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to validate market needs and opportunities, ensuring the roadmap reflects client demand.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align on vision, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Define and prioritize features, ensuring development teams have clear user requirements and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX Design to create user-friendly, impactful products that enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and materials that drive adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Set realistic goals for product launches, monitor outcomes, and iterate quickly to optimize results.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of products post-launch, ensuring they continue to meet client needs.
