Proven experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician is required.
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards is required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams is required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively.
Excellent understanding of electrical theory, principles, and practices related to electrical installations and maintenance is required.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and strength to perform prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and work at heights.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work on one's feet for extended periods.

Track and report job progress, materials, and labor hours.
Identify and resolve job-site issues, conflicts, and delays.
Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen.

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Foreman to join our team. The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. This role serves as the primary link between field crews and project management, providing leadership, technical expertise, and quality oversight.
