Requirements
  • Smelling skills – Olfactory abilities to identify and differentiate fragrance types.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.
  • Ability to work both independently and / or within a team environment.
  • 5+ years’ experience in fragrance industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Financial concepts / processes: i.e. pricing, margin, forecasting, statistics and IT systems.
  • Strong negotiation techniques.
Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of the customer’s industry, products, and markets to target and create sales and growth opportunities while managing customer expectation.
  • Interfacing with key customer decision-makers to validate and qualify opportunities in order to maximize profitability.
  • Identifying innovative solutions which meets consumer and customer needs, over and above competition.
  • Managing and executing complex and demanding projects by energizing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations that provide valuable insight.
