Requirements
  • You have 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a business-to-business software-as-a-service commercial role.

Responsibilities
  • You will own the relationship with our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, playing a crucial role in managing our largest and most strategic customers and driving renewals, expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • You will be a trusted and strategic advisor to our customers, ensuring they are successful by partnering with key champions and executive sponsors to develop and execute a mutually agreed-upon success plan covering their entire lifecycle; you will act as their product expert, advising on configuration of the platform and sharing learnings or introductions to similar customers.
  • You will own the retention and churn outcomes, proactively driving renewal conversations and identifying and closing opportunities for multi-year contract extensions, mitigating customer concerns and enhancing satisfaction and retention.
  • You will own Net Revenue Retention targets, identifying and closing expansion opportunities and proactively nurturing customer accounts to deepen understanding of the product vision, value proposition and features.
  • You will identify advocates and expand the customer community to accelerate our go-to-market motion and develop and implement proactive initiatives to increase adoption and engagement, such as co-hosting roundtables with Sales and producing customer newsletters/blog posts with Marketing.
  • You will form a pod with a Solutions and Implementation Lead to ensure you are well supported in expanding the accounts and bring in Technical Solutions Experts when needed.
  • You will partner with teams across the company—Product, Marketing, Sales—to align retention and expansion strategies and translate customer insights into actionable feedback to guide product direction.
  • As the role scales, you will define the Customer Account Management and Success playbooks and have the potential to become a future leader at Omnea.
