Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in channel sales, go-to-market operations, or partner management within the SMB cybersecurity or business-to-business software-as-a-service industries.
  • Deep, hands-on operational and sales experience working directly with Managed Service Providers, with a strong professional network across the SMB channel ecosystem.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach by designing programmatic channel frameworks while actively executing sales calls, negotiating partner agreements, and closing deals.
  • Expert understanding of Managed Service Provider business models, including recurring revenue metrics, margin requirements, and operational workflows using ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne, and Datto.
  • Strong business acumen with experience building go-to-market plans grounded in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage technical Managed Service Provider engineers and commercial Managed Service Provider business owners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner recruitment, regional roadshows, and strategic community events.
Responsibilities
  • Define the operational strategy, partner tiering, and commercial frameworks required to scale Prisma Browser for Business across North American and global Managed Service Provider landscapes.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with leading Managed Service Providers and Managed Security Service Providers.
  • Create scalable onboarding, technical enablement, and co-marketing programs that equip Managed Service Provider sales teams to pitch Prisma Browser as a replacement for legacy web filtering and standalone browser isolation tools.
  • Represent Prisma Browser within the broader small and medium-sized business channel community through conferences, webinars, and regional roadshows to build brand affinity and pipeline.
  • Represent the Managed Service Provider partner voice within internal cross-functional teams and advocate for channel requirements such as multi-tenant consoles, consumption-based billing, and seamless professional services automation and remote monitoring and management integrations.
  • Track partner recruitment velocity, activation rates, seat expansion, and churn, using data to refine partner acquisition and retention strategies.

Fisher doubles Cisco stake, adds 22x more Palo Alto shares in AI security play

Palo Alto focuses on security platforms, posting 34% revenue growth to $3.41 billion in its fiscal Q4, though it reported a $282 million GAAP net loss partly due to fair-value charges on acquired convertible notes. The drop continues a pattern where strong results trigger selloffs due to stretched valuations. Bank of America took the opposite view, recommending investors buy the dip. The firm noted that much of the recent growth stems from two acquisitions: the $25 billion purchase of CyberArk in February and the roughly $3.4 billion deal for Chronosphere.
