Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across hardware and/or software.
  • Hands-on familiarity with end-to-end product development processes and proficiency in tools required to manage complex programs, including Gantt charts, risk tracking and reporting, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
  • Proven understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
  • Proficiency in agentic coding workflows using Cursor, Claude Code, Visual Studio Code, Windsurf, or other Integrated Development Environments.
  • Ability to keep the big picture in focus and provide clear, well-structured, concise communications tailored to each audience.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required as a condition of hire.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Advanced Hardware Engineering Operations function, including the quarterly planning process, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Develop systematic approaches to JIRA planning and issue-management frameworks, and assist in Technical Program Management processes and continuous-improvement frameworks that increase engineering velocity and system reliability.
  • Lead the definition, development, and rollout of AI automation tools that improve productivity through agentic integration across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, and other IT tools.
  • Own Advanced Hardware Engineering’s JIRA hygiene and issue-resolution targets, supporting resolution of critical issues and cross-team requests within agreed timelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline firmware configuration across projects and target configuration phases.
  • Invite diverse perspectives and incorporate them into decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports and one-pagers communicating program status, risks, issues, and achievements to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering teams and partners across hardware, firmware, software, vehicle engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience building AI-based solutions in small and medium-sized business or enterprise environments to automate workflows across JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack, and other productivity tools.
  • Previous product-development Operations Program Management experience spanning budgeting, organization-wide planning cycles, risk management, reporting through JIRA and dashboards, and process development.
