About the job
- Five years of experience in a human resources supervising role.
- At least two years of solid experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience using NUEiP or Bamboo HR is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Immediately available candidates are advantageous.
- At least five years of human resources experience.
- At least two years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Experience using NUEiP or Bamboo HR is advantageous.
- English proficiency at intermediate level or above is required; fluency is advantageous.
- Handle the full spectrum of human resources duties.
- Act as a human resources business partner and bridge communication between local and group-level teams.
- Design and implement plans to promote corporate culture, performance reviews, and staff engagement.
- Review and refine company policies.
- Prepare regular human resources reports for management review.
- Handle ad hoc human resources projects, including system development and the review of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Foster employee communications and organize company functions and employee relations activities.
- Manage office management and administration functions.
- Plan and execute employee relations activities.
- Plan and execute procurement, administration, and general office matters.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Experience using NUEiP or Bamboo HR.
- Immediate availability.
- Fluency in English.
