What You’ll Do

• Process monthly German financials and prepare the journal entry to record in NetSuite
• Prepare and build balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• Prepare monthly German balance sheet and income statement fluctuation for the review meeting and be able to explain the fluctuations
• Assist analysis in German Trade law reporting mapping to US GAAP
• Assist in various NetSuite system projects
• Assist in other ad-hoc reporting

You Have

• 3+ years of accounting and reporting or finance experience, including closing the monthly financial
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or comparable degree or experience
• Ability to read, write, and fluently speak German (Telc C1 level or higher)
• Ability to research and explain financial fluctuations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Suite
• Accounting experience based on German tax and trade law
• Experience with the DATEV system internals
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Great to Have

• Knowledge of the NetSuite
• California CPA license is a plus




The salary range for this position is $30 to $42 per hour. The overall compensation package will also include an equity component. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will depend on multiple factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, and other qualifications.
