  • Bachelors degree in Communications, HR or Business, required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, with a strong understanding of DEIB principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, engaging, and inclusive messages.
  • Experience managing internal communication channels and platforms.
  • Experience in supporting and managing groups, events, or programs (work-related, collegiate, or community-based).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage content for company-wide communication channels, including email, Slack, digital signage, and other platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement a diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Coordinate the strategy, development, promotion, and engagement of employee affinity groups to foster community and belonging among Modernizers.
  • Support content and logistics for ModMed’s internal events, including monthly town halls and annual company meetings.
  • Work closely with various departments, including HR, Marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless communication across the organization for special projects and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that company policies and procedures align with our DEIB goals and values to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Develop and maintain internal communications editorial calendar and communications archive.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and DEIB initiatives, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
