Location: Head Office, Gurugram (with sites in Neemrana, Jaipur, and Bhiwadi) 

CTC: Up to ₹12L per annum 

About the Role 

We are hiring an exceptional driven, detail-obsessed Interior Project Manager / Finishing Manager to take complete ownership of the interior fit-outs and finishing works for clubhouses and common spaces across our upcoming projects. You will act as the central coordinating arm between our architects, vendors, and on-site contractors. Your mandate is clear: execute the architect’s vision with flawless finesse, manage turnkey interiors and finishing projects, secure the best possible rates, and deliver strictly within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Flawless On-Site Execution: Personally oversee every step of the interior finishing works and snagging on-site across Neemrana, Jaipur, and Bhiwadi to ensure zero compromise on quality control and safety standards.
• Architect & Vendor Coordination: Bridge the gap between design and execution. Lead rigorous vendor coordination and contract management to ensure contractors execute interior fit-outs without dilution or delays.
• Material Intelligence & Procurement: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest interior trends and materials. Lead the procurement of premium finishes, continuously evaluating samples for budget and aesthetic alignment.
• Organized Data & Budgeting: Build and maintain a structured database of vendor lists, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and pricing histories. Manage physical sample libraries for strict site inspections.
• Commercial Management: Negotiate fiercely for the best possible rates while maintaining high standards of integrity, material depth, and accurate project tracking.

• You have uncompromisingly high standards for civil finishing works and an eye for visual finesse in residential projects.
• You possess deep technical curiosity and go beyond surface-level knowledge when evaluating materials, AutoCAD drawings, and finishes.
• You are highly organized, running your vendor data, spreadsheets, and sample tracking like a well-oiled machine.
• You are an on-the-ground executor—comfortable working out of the Gurugram HO, but willing to be on-site to drive progress and solve bottlenecks.
• You have high integrity, analytical clarity, and communicate directly.
