Floor Installer - Epoxy

NOW HIRING: Epoxy and Resinous Coatings Installers, Polishers, Laborers, Foremen & Supervisors

Join one of Florida's growing leaders in commercial concrete flooring and specialty flooring systems. We are actively seeking experienced Resinous Coatings Installers and Concrete Polishers, along with Laborers, Foremen, and Supervisors, to support our continued growth throughout Florida.

Our work includes:

• Commercial concrete flatwork and finishing
• Epoxy, urethane cement, MMA, and other resinous flooring systems
• Concrete polishing
• Self-leveling underlayments and gypcrete
• Floor preparation, water proofing, and moisture mitigation
• Industrial, warehouse, healthcare, institutional, and manufacturing facilities

• Experienced Concrete Polishers
• Construction Laborers
• Foremen
• Supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial concrete polishing and/or resinous floor coatings is highly preferred.
• Experience with surface preparation, grinding, shot blasting, moisture mitigation, epoxy, urethane cement, and other resinous flooring systems.
• Foremen and Supervisors should have proven experience leading crews and managing commercial construction projects.
• Construction experience preferred for laborers; motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
