Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, although related experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • A current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future is required.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program is required.
  • Leadership skills, self-motivation, competitiveness, team orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and effective problem-solving skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Learn all aspects of the CED business through a 2-3 year on-the-job management training program.
  • Complete rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development.
  • Attend training sessions and classes focused on electrical products, electrical systems, sales, and management at various locations.
  • Communicate in written and spoken English.
  • Perform segment activities that may include lifting, sorting, standing, and working in warehouse, office, and external environments.
  • Travel by car and air during various training segments.
