Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organization and follow-through, including tracking details, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
- Strong project management instincts and the ability to move multiple initiatives forward at the same time.
- High ownership and the ability to create clarity and advance work when something is unclear or stuck.
- A pleasant, empathetic mindset and strong service orientation.
- Comfort working with systems, processes, data, and documentation.
- Experience with human resources information systems (HRIS) platforms and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Comfort and curiosity using artificial intelligence, automations, and improved ways of working.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
- Strong judgment, common sense, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support employees throughout the full lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, leave, benefits, and offboarding.
- Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers on human resources processes, policies, and day-to-day questions.
- Keep employee data, HR systems, files, policies, templates, and documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Coordinate payroll changes, benefits, and other employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external partners.
- Support key People processes, including performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, engagement, and organizational changes.
- Keep the People team’s priorities and projects organized, visible, and moving forward.
- Maintain visibility into key initiatives, next steps, and decisions or alignment needed.
- Prepare for key meetings, capture decisions and action items, and ensure follow-up happens.
- Establish and maintain effective team cadences, project trackers, and simple ways of working that create clarity and accountability.
- Connect HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to keep work aligned.
- Identify unclear, manual, or inefficient processes and help build simpler, more scalable ways of working.
- Use data, artificial intelligence, automation, and new tools to improve visibility, reduce manual work, and make the People team more effective.

- Experience supporting performance, compensation, talent, or organizational processes.
- Hands-on experience with project management, automation, or reporting tools.
