  • Technical fluency to participate credibly in architecture discussions and recognize when an engagement needs deeper expertise, including understanding how enterprise systems exchange data and when a goal requires software to be built rather than configured.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, including establishing credibility with partner leadership and customer executives, explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences, and framing business outcomes for technical audiences.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and use new concepts, business models, and technologies across changing partners, customers, and industries.

  • Identify further outcome opportunities within the portfolio and drive the additional services needed to deliver them, surfacing expansion and risk signals to the Account Owner.
  • Serve as the interface between internal monday.com stakeholders and delivery partners, reporting portfolio status, risk, and progress, and acting as the primary escalation point for partners and their customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
