Responsibilities
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client industry, product, and market role
  • Consult with clients for product recommendations and go-live stabilization
  • Engage with clients to ensure product/service adds value
  • Track success metrics like client engagement scores and churn
  • Identify and grow upsell opportunities
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Monitor and record client communication in Salesforce
  • Organize daily and weekly focus using customer success platform
  • Suggest practical services for office efficiency
  • Proactively reach out with solutions for client problems
  • Run internal customer health review meetings with stakeholders
  • Support Associate Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Managers
