Requirements
  • A degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills are required.
  • Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans is required.
  • Residence in the Greater Minneapolis or Saint Paul, Minnesota area is required for this remote position.
  • Overnight travel of approximately 50%–65% is required.
  • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and obtain any required vaccinations.
Responsibilities
  • Sell capital and disposable respiratory care products.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and outreach methods.
  • Develop strong customer and Key Opinion Leader relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, requests for proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management records.
  • Provide in-service education, training, and technical support.
  • Provide timely feedback on market conditions.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines and support industry trade shows.
