- Develop, Test, and Deploy complex software solutions that solve real world challenges for our customers.
- Peer program, present, and mentor junior programmers.
- Recommend technology and process solutions to enhance team and product performance and functionality.
- Continue learning through conference attendance, courses, and cross-training.
