About the Company

doola

Global founders form US entities

Doola provides a global, end-to-end platform for forming and operating US-based businesses, including non-residents. Users choose LLC or C Corp, and doola files the paperwork, obtains an EIN, and sets up a US address, registered agent, and bank access; ongoing compliance and bookkeeping are managed in one ecosystem with dashboards. It differentiates itself by supporting non-US founders without a SSN and by embedding formation and compliance via APIs, SDKs, and AI assistants, combining formation, banking access, bookkeeping, and analytics. The goal is to make it easy for global entrepreneurs to legally operate a US business with ongoing compliance and financial management from a single platform.
