  • Completed vocational training in a recognized occupation with an additional one-year specialist qualification as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology.
  • Several years of professional experience in the described field.
  • Initial experience providing technical leadership to employees and coordinating subcontractors and site managers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Confident manner and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, plan, and calculate assigned projects.
  • Plan and calculate installation work by trade.
  • Arrange personnel, including subcontractors and site managers.
  • Manage subcontractors in relation to assigned projects.
  • Select suppliers and perform supplier quality control and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate interfaces and manage conflicts.
  • Implement the correction of remaining defects from the installation side on projects.
  • Create installation-related purchase requisitions for projects.
  • Supervise installation work.
  • Accept systems with the customer.
  • Advise, instruct, and train the client’s technical personnel.
  • Conduct site inspections, including quality, ASU, and other inspections.
  • Prepare billing documentation for the sales department.
  • Assume and control costs for installation services.
  • Prepare quotations and process orders.
  • Invite tenders for external purchases and negotiate them.
  • Document additional and reduced services in orders.
