Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator and Dig Ventures also participated, bringing total funding to $184 million. The company enables banks and insurers to automate high-stakes decisions using AI agents, from underwriting loans to processing claims and detecting financial crime. One major insurer customer projects cost efficiencies exceeding $90 million in claims processing alone. Taktile has achieved outcomes including 95% automation in B2B underwriting and 75% fewer anti-money laundering false positives. Founded in 2020, Taktile serves customers including Mercury, Monzo, Faire and Pleo. The funding will expand its AI solutions and global presence across the US, EMEA and LATAM.
