Responsibilities
  • Provide structured coaching through video sessions and secure messaging to help patients practice exposures, apply learned skills, and progress toward treatment goals.
  • Use patient progress data and coaching tools to monitor engagement, tailor support, and inform coaching sessions.
  • Manage an active caseload while providing timely and reliable support to assigned patients and families.
  • Maintain compassionate, strengths-based coaching while adhering to clear professional boundaries.
  • Partner with therapists, psychiatrists, and other care-team members to reinforce treatment goals and share patient updates.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and teammates through video, secure messaging, and internal platforms to support coordinated care.

InStride raises $30M to scale pediatric mental health support. InStride Health, a pediatric mental health provider, announced Monday that it raised $30 million in Series C funding to expand into new markets. Boston-based InStride Health provides virtual specialty outpatient care for pediatric anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Its care is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, focusing on exposure therapy, in which patients are gradually exposed to situations they fear. The company works with patients aged seven to 24 and their families, providing them with a care team consisting of a therapist, exposure coach and psychiatrist. The team develops a personalized care plan, and patients can communicate with their care team via text, phone or video. InStride Health reports 97% clinical improvement rate as pediatric mental health provider expands to five East Coast states

InStride Health, a provider of paediatric mental healthcare for anxiety and OCD, has released its 2026 Annual Clinical Outcomes Report showing sustained clinical results as it expands services. The retrospective analysis examined 3,604 episodes of care between January 2023 and December 2025. Key findings showed 97% of patients demonstrated clinical improvement, whilst 91% reported reduced anxiety symptoms with an average 53% reduction in anxiety scores. Depression symptoms improved in 93% of patients, with a 54% average reduction in depression scores. Fewer than 1% of patients required hospitalisation in the 12 months following discharge. The company nearly doubled patient enrolment in 2025 whilst maintaining consistent clinical outcomes. InStride is expanding to five new East Coast markets—Washington DC, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina—by early May 2026.
