  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling
  • Thorough understanding of the building design and construction process
  • Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent experience in a construction related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling critical environment projects
  • Experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ambitious construction industry focus
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-sufficient
  • Lead project risk management and contingency planning

Responsibilities
  • Manage full scope of scheduling projects
  • Manage schedule, scope, and budget
  • Independently manage full scope of scheduling projects
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection
  • Identify add-services
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GC’s, vendors, and other teams
  • Anticipate project and team risks
  • Solve complex challenges and conflicts
  • Lead project risk management and contingency planning
  • Requirements gathering and needs assessments
  • All other duties as assigned
