  • Proven experience in a client-facing sales or business development role, preferably within IT/HR/BPO industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies for growing existing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, results-driven international environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have professional proficiency in French and very good level of English.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client accounts to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Strada Global's products and services, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and plans that align with their goals and the capabilities of Strada Global.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Lead negotiations for renewals, extensions, and additional services, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of client accounts using relevant metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
