About the job
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a global FME communication network for local experts on the GMS Training process.
- Administer the established regulatory Learning Management System at a global level.
- Provide support, guidance, and training for local Learning Management System administrators as required.
- Create and apply current and appropriate learning concepts for respective target audiences to support training and implementation.
- Provide a regulatory training offering to standardize and support implementation of necessary processes and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate qualification of regulatory key functions, such as Local Management System Representatives, in consultation with the respective Corporate Management System Representative.
- Organize regular virtual classroom training courses, including GMS Training Weeks and webinars by external service providers.
- Provide a Quality and Regulatory training catalog within established platforms such as the Learning Management System and Intranet.
- Administer the GMS training offering, including the training catalog, document templates, training registrations, verification documentation, interfaces with internal and external service providers and the German works council, and trainer coordination.
- Design and implement training courses, including creation of suitable teaching materials.
- Create interactive teaching materials and e-learning using suitable authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
- Support creation and maintenance of curricula and training matrices for the department.
- Guide curriculum and training-matrix owners in their creation and maintenance.
- Perform administrative tasks in the Learning Management System, including creation and maintenance of curricula, training matrices, user groups, and training courses.
- Guide GMS process owners and trainers in creating training strategies and training matrices, and review submitted training strategies and process training matrices as part of change control of GMS documents.
- Perform training-task-related approvals as part of the document change-control process.
- Support preparation and review of Local Implementation Requests and associated Quality and Regulatory Implementation Support, specifically regarding training-relevant aspects.
- Support project work and system implementations in accordance with assigned tasks.
- Prepare analyses, status reports, and presentations on GMS training and implementation processes, including input for management review.
- Administer electronic platforms used by the department for information sharing and document storage, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Intranet.
