About the Job

Requirements

A degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent skills, and at least five years of experience in the quality field.
Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949), FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and QC 7 Tools.
Quality coordination and engagement skills with customers and internal teams.
Ability to manage a high volume of data in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English and/or Mandarin to deal with suppliers from China.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels in a multicultural and multidisciplinary organization.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead quality discussions within the internal team concerning customer issues.
Coordinate methods and metrics for process, product, and service delivery.
Analyze and review process data for changes, trends, developing issues, process control, and capabilities.
Produce quality reports for management and coordinate task delegation for customer and internal issues.
Liaise regularly with other functional groups to collate information and ensure accurate and timely reporting of production, field, and customer quality performance.
Drive quality incidents through the 8D methodology until closure.
Perform product validation and quality audits; meet with suppliers and/or customers; establish or update internal documents; and communicate proactively with management and cross-functional colleagues.
Protect customers' intellectual property.
Perform other ad hoc assignments according to business needs.

Impact You Will Make

Leading in quality discussion within internal team for customer issues.

Our Ideal Candidate

Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent skills with minimum 5 years' experience in quality field.
Hands-on quality related in ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949), FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis & QC 7 Tools.
Quality coordination and engagement skills with customer and internal team.
Able to manage high amount of data in a fast pace working environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in written & spoken English and/or Mandarin (to deal with suppliers from China), strong interpersonal skills to deal with all levels in the multicultural and multidiscipline organization, computer literate in MS Office.
