Requirements
- Experience working with acrylic bath products, especially Bath Concepts or similar systems, is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or bath installation is required.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and measurements is required.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and jigsaws, is required.
- Ability to read measurements using a tape measure, level, and square is required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds is required.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Complete full acrylic bath installations, typically as one-day remodels.
- Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work.
- Follow all installation standards and job specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners during projects.
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of installed products.
- Complete job documentation, including paperwork and job photographs.
- Load, maintain, and organize tools and installation materials.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior installer certifications are preferred.
- Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
