Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two or more years’ experience in full-cycle payroll
  • Prior experience with benefits administration
  • ADP Certified Payroll Specialist preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manages the bi-weekly salary team member payroll process
  • Supports plant locations with hourly payroll processing
  • Administer various employee benefits programs
  • Maintain ADP benefits module
  • Assist employees with benefit questions
  • Resolve administrative problems with carrier representatives
  • Assist in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of health, life, and retirement plans
  • Compiles payroll data
  • Administers FOC and garnishment deductions
  • Monitors uncashed checks and submits annual reports
  • Respond to questions from managers and employees regarding pay policies
  • Prepare and post benefit notices
  • Perform basic customer service functions
  • Filing and clerical duties including maintenance of electronic records
