Requirements
  • 6+ years of machine learning experience; 4+ years deep learning experience
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Experience building and training models using common deep learning frameworks (we use PyTorch), as well as other typical scientific and ML libraries in Python (sklearn, XGBoost, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of machine learning theory and fundamentals
  • Solid software engineering skills (design, unit testing, git, code review, CI/CD)
  • Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (SQL, PySpark)
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP)
  • Able to collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams
  • A desire to always be learning and contributing to a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
  • You will work end-to-end from data analysis to building scalable models and deploying them to production as commercial products that meet the needs of our clients
  • Your work will fall into one of these areas: algorithmic email send decisioning; content decisioning (recommender systems); asset generation (NLP & generative AI)
  • See through feature release to measurement of tangible business value in a six-weekly release cycle
  • Collaborate with data engineers and platform engineers on advancing our ML platform to continuously improve Movable Ink’s ML development experience.
