Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with master degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI.
Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned portions of the ORM Controls testing. Complete work within established timelines.
  • Communicate with appropriate control operators and leaders from different business lines for test planning and execution.
  • Proactively communicate/escalate challenges and roadblocks that impact ability to meet scheduled testing periods.
  • Prepare data summary analysis reports and presentations, as needed, for consumption by impacted teams and leadership.
  • Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to other program standards (Governance, REVs, RCSA, Process Reviews, Change Risk)
Desired Qualifications
  • Audit and Risk, Analytics skills and business knowledge.
  • Experience in financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance)
  • Operational risk or Operations experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
